In this part of Sardinia, between the Pevero and Romazzino areas, there is a network of paths supported by eleven fitness stations. This is the Pevero Health Trail.
Two unique routes, named Energy and Relax, meander through the picturesque areas of Pevero and Romazzino, giving everyone the opportunity to choose the itinerary best suited to their specific needs and walking pace.
Both routes, approximately 7 km long, run on well-marked, unsurfaced paths and are easily accessible from four entry points. This makes it possible to create longer variations and tailor the experience, exploring even the most hidden corners of this natural paradise.
Along the route, each of the 11 fitness stations immersed in the Mediterranean scrubland are dedicated to a plant typical of the local flora. You can stop to train with the equipment available, while enjoying breathtaking views and intoxicating fragrances.
The Pevero Health Trail is both a fitness and trekking trail, and also an opportunity to discover the history and culture of the area. Along the way, you can admire the remains of ancient rural settlements and enjoy spectacular views of the Costa Smeralda sea.

- Choose the path that best suits your needs: Energy for a more demanding route, Relax for a leisurely stroll
- Start early in the morning, this will allow you to walk the Pevero Health Trail calmly and peacefully, but also avoid the hottest hours of the day
- Bring along enough water and a hat to protect you from the sun
- Wear comfortable shoes that are suitable for long walks/trekking
- Respect the environment and be careful to not leave litter along the trail
Ideal period: - The ideal periods for trekking the Pevero Health Trail are spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October). In these months, temperatures are pleasant and you can appreciate the Mediterranean scrub at its best.
