Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation is free of charge with full refund for cancellation with 60 days’ notice, so 100% will be refund.

In the event of a cancellation notice with:
59 days in advance, 90% of the charter fee shall be refunded
30 days in advance, 80% of the charter fee will be refunded
3 days in advance, 70% of the charter fee will be refunded
24 hrs. in advance, 50% of the charter fee will be refunded

For special vehicles such as Minivans, Vans, Convertibles, SUVs, Sport Cars, Luxury Cars and cars with automatic transmission in each category, a full refund is only possible with 60 days’ notice; no partial or full refunds are possible for special vehicles within 59 days.

In case of missed cancellation (warning), and inn the casually event, simultaneity, a client doesn’t show up picking up car (no show) the whole amount of the rent will be withheld.

As an alternative to the above, it is possible to abrogate cancellation fees in favour of a fully unlimited rental voucher, transferable to third parties, and usable whenever you like.

Yes, by informing the car hire company of the cancellation at least 60 days in advance, the refund will be in full, and will be made via the same means of payment that was used to book the rental, all without penalty. The only amount that may be retained is that of any payment commissions that are retained by the bank circuit.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your refund request is accepted and taken care of, you will receive your refund within 72 hours net of handling fees depending on the payment system you have chosen.

Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Prepaid Cards: 2% average
Other circuits: 3.75% average

I didn't make cancellation request with 60 days' notice, can I still get full refund?

Sure, you can, even if you are subject to cancellation penalties assumed for those who do not inform the rent a car company at least 60 days in advance, request a full refund (therefore of the full amount) by means of a voucher.
This will be total, with no expiry date, transferable to third parties, and usable whenever you wish.

In what case do I risk not receiving a refund?

Only in the case the client doesn't collect the car, without having given adequate notice to the rental central (No show). this applies to all types of vehicle.
