Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation is free with full refund for cancellation with 60 days prior notice, so with a 100% refund.

In case of cancellation notice with:
59 days in advance, 90% of the rental fee will be refunded
30 days in advance, 80% of the rental fee will be refunded
3 days in advance, 70% of the rental fee will be refunded
24h in advance, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded

For special vehicles such as Minivans, Vans, Convertibles, SUVs, Sport Cars, Luxury Cars, and cars with automatic transmission in each category, a full refund is provided only with 60 days’ prior notice; within 59 days notice, no partial or full refunds are provided for special vehicles.

In case of no cancellation (notice), and in case, simultaneously, the customer does not show up to pick up the car (No show) the full amount of the rental fee will be withheld.

As an alternative to the above, it is possible to abrogate the cancellation penalties, in favor of a fully unlimited rental voucher, transferable to a third party, and usable when it best suits you.

Why should I communicate the cancellation of the rented vehicle, it is preferable to send communication via email as soon as possible?

Yes, informing the car rental of the cancellation with 60 days. in advance, the refund will be total and will be made with the same payment method that was used for booking the rental, all without any penalty. The only amount that can be withheld is that of any payment commissions that are withheld by the banking system.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your refund request is accepted and processed, you will receive your refund within 72h excluding the processing fees that depend on the payment system you have used.

Yes, you can, even if you are subject to cancellation penalties assumed for those who inform the car rental over 60 days. provided, request a full refund (therefore the entire amount) by voucher. This will be total, without expiration, transferable to third parties, and usable when you prefer.
